Production Process Overview

Our steel structure production follows a systematic, high-precision workflow to ensure quality and efficiency:

1. Customer Visit - We welcome clients to our factory for on-site inspections and project discussions.

2. Material Selection - All raw materials are carefully chosen according to project specifications and standards.

3. Design - Our engineering team creates structural drawings and detailed plans tailored to customer requirements.

4. Cutting - High-precision cutting machines process steel components to exact dimensions.

5. Spray Paint - Surfaces are treated with anti-corrosion primer or coatings for durability.

6. Welding - Skilled welders join steel components with strong, clean weld seams.

7. Sandwich Panel Production - Roof and wall panels are produced for thermal insulation and weather protection.

8. Bending - Steel sheets and profiles are shaped to required forms for structural assembly.

9. Loading - All components are securely packed and loaded into containers for safe transport.

Our container houses are packed and shipped with maximum care to ensure safe delivery and easy installation:

• Main Structure - Packed in a flat-pack form with steel frames stacked and secured using steel straps, wrapped in waterproof fabric to prevent rust and damage during transit.

• Wall & Roof Panels - Bundled and wrapped with protective film to avoid scratches, moisture, and dust.

• Doors, Windows & Accessories - Packed separately in strong wooden crates, clearly labeled for quick identification.

• Numbering System - All components are marked with part numbers corresponding to the installation drawings, ensuring smooth assembly on site.

• Container Loading - Optimized loading plan to minimize freight costs while preventing movement or damage during shipping.

We can arrange sea freight in 20ft, 40ft, or high cube containers, and also support bulk shipment for large projects. Delivery is available under EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF trade terms to your nearest port.

Three Installation Options

1. Self-Installation (Recommended)
We will provide a detailed installation manual (with photos and drawings) and instructional videos to guide you. You can organize your local workers to complete the installation. About 93% of our clients finish their buildings using this method successfully.

2. On-Site Guidance or Full Installation by Our Team
We can send technicians to your site to guide your workers, or dispatch a 3-5 person construction team to complete the installation for you. This is the easiest option for you, but you will need to cover their round-trip airfare, local accommodation, meals, transportation, communication, and wages, as well as ensure on-site safety. Normally, this option is available for orders over USD 100,000. About 5% of our clients choose this method.

3. Training at Our Factory
You can send your engineers or technicians to our factory to learn installation details, with hands-on training to understand every step. About 2% of our clients prefer this option.

1. How to buy your ideal products?
You can provide us with your own drawings, and we can produce strictly according to your specifications.
If you don't have detailed drawings, you can share your requirements, and our engineers can design a solution for you based on your purpose, budget, and local climatic conditions (wind load, snow load, seismic rating, etc.).
We will provide complete design drawings, a bill of materials, and a quotation for your confirmation before production.

2. What factors should be considered in customizing the prefab house?
2.1 Local weather conditions - wind speed, snow loading (if applicable), seismic rating, temperature range, humidity, and potential corrosion environment (e.g., coastal areas).

• Glass Wool Sandwich Panel - good thermal and acoustic insulation

• Rock Wool Sandwich Panel - excellent fire resistance (Class A) and thermal insulation

• PU (Polyurethane) Sandwich Panel - high thermal insulation performance, waterproof, and durable
  4.3 Frame material: Q235 or Q345 structural steel, with hot-dip galvanizing or painted surface treatment for corrosion resistance.
  4.4 Roofing options: Single-layer steel sheet, insulated sandwich panels, or transparent skylight panels.
  4.5 Door & window options: Steel security doors, aluminum sliding doors, PVC or aluminum alloy windows, double-glazed glass for insulation.

• The foundation must be completed according to the provided foundation drawings before installation starts.
